I’ve gotta say, I didn’t really think that I’d be able to keep a new years resolution going this well, but I have done a great job at sticking to this lifestyle change of not eating 4300-whatever calories/day. I don’t know why I didn’t make the change sooner, but I wish I had!
2.5 months = -32 lbs
Also, I’m going to have to cut new holes in my belts or get new ones b/c my pants are falling off with the belt tightened as far as it’ll go… =-D

need to remember this
This totally explains why I’ve never succeeded at losing weight when only focusing on working out. Now I’m totally focused on my diet to get my weight in check, and THEN I’ll be able to focus more on my fitness.

already lost 22… about 30 away from where I’d like to be.
4.5 week progress update.
Down to 248 (22 lbs lost) this morning. Have found it hard to work out but my diet is totally in check now. I’ve only splurged and eaten unhealthy food about twice since I started counting my calories 4.5 weeks ago, so I’m still feeling really psyched about my progress and it’s a great feeling to see the results on the scale.
I’ve hit 255. Not sure how long it’s been since I was last this “light”, but certainly a while. Total weight loss - 15 lbs since 1/8/2012
